Financing Application Submission – Credit Inquiry: When you submit your financing or loan application, we may conduct a credit inquiry (known as a “hard credit pull” or “hard credit inquiry”), a standard step in most financing or loan applications. This inquiry will be recorded on your credit history and may impact your credit score. By entering your Social Security Number on the financing application page and clicking “Submit” you are providing written instructions to MLI under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which authorizes MLI to obtain information from your personal credit profile and/or other information from Equifax. Upon your request, we will inform you of the name and address of any consumer reporting agency from which we obtained your consumer report.

When you submit this financing or loan application you understand MLI is relying on this information in extending credit and you warrant it to be true. Furthermore, you are authorizing MLI or any bank/and or trade bureau or other investigative agencies employed by MLI to investigate the references herein listed or other data obtained from me or any other person pertaining to my credit and financial responsibility. Submitting this application authorizes all parties contacted to release credit information requested, or its successors or assigns.
